The MAD Touchdown Fast'n Safe Flying Backlead can be clipped onto your mainline afterwards, so there's no need to attach it while you tie your rig.
You can use it as a flying backlead or simply drop it under your rod tip when fishing closer in. Slides easily on your line, very heavy and super-safe.
