General Conditions of Use
These general conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use or Terms") govern all relations between the site Chronocarpe.com ( "the Site") of SAS Chrono Loisirs and the User of the site.
Use of the site Chronocarpe.com implies full acceptance by the User of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Chronocarpe reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, the applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of use of the site. The date of the last modification is displayed automatically at the foot of this page.
Article 1: Description
The Chronocarpe.com website is an online site selling tackle for carp fishing. As such it offers all the features necessary for the user to select products, place an order, pay online and follow his treatment in his account.
Article 2: Conditions of access
To access the site Chronocarpe.com, the user must have an Internet connection. The use of the site is free apart from any internet connection fees that remain the responsibility of the user. Access to personalized services requires the creation of an account by the User which will indicate the necessary information to treat the orders, as well as personal information allowing to identify him and to ensure a marketing follow-up related to the behavior and to propose specific offers.
The User agrees not to create an account under the identity of a third party. He is solely responsible for the privacy of its identifiers (login and password) allowing him to use his account. Any use of his Account done through his personal ID and password is alleged to have been made by the User or a third party authorized by the user, and until the account is disabled.
The User agrees to provide accurate information in particular when creating their account and update them regularly via the "My Account".
In case of non compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Chronocarpe reserves the right to deactivate the account of the user without having to give notice, after sending an e-mail or a registered letterwith notice of receipt of formal notice, which had no effect for more than 30 days. In the event of a manifest and significant failure or fraud on the part of the User, the deactivation of the account will be done automatically, without notice, without formality and without compensation.

- a case of force majeure or a decision of the competent administrative or judicial authorities;

- to fraudulent intrusion or maintenance by a third party in the Site, or to the illicit extraction of data, despite the implementation of security means in accordance with current technical data;
- loss or delay in the delivery of information and data;
- the operation of the Internet network or telephone or cable Internet access networks;
- to a failure of the hosting servers.
The service offered by the Site may not work or malfunction with some software, configurations, operating systems or customer equipment.
It is the responsibility of the User to protect himself in particular against any form of computer virus or attempted intrusion and to make all backups of his data, Chronocarpe cannot be held responsible for this.
Chronocarpe reserves the right to make any changes and improvements to its services that it deems necessary or useful and will not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise as a result. Furthermore, Chronocarpe reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently discontinue a service or all the services offered by it on the Site. It will not be responsible for damages of any kind that may arise as a result.
Any action on the part of the User which would have the purpose of restricting or preventing another person from using the Site is strictly prohibited. This Agreement is subject to French law.
