Warranty and After Sales Service
The items available on the Chronocarpe site are covered by the manufacturer's guarantees identical to all distribution networks.
This warranty is generally 1 year, in case of different duration, it is indicated on the product sheet.
For some items, the warranty must be "activated" with the manufacturer to be valid.
If you notice a breakdown or a defect in the purchased equipment, you must contact Chronocarpe after-sales service using the "After-sales Service Ticket" system. To do this, we ask you to select the product concerned by your request from the list of products you have purchased on Chronocarpe.
To open a "Service Ticket":
(This procedure guarantees you an optimal treatment with a follow-up of your requests and the answers of the after-sales service.)
- Login to your Chronocarpe accountin the menu "My Account"
- Click "My Service" (or click here to access the service page)
- Click on red the <service> button after the line of the product concerned
- You just have to indicate the detailed reason for your request (all personal information is automatically filled in)
- Once your request has been made, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and a personalized response will be provided to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You can then interact with the After Sales Service by clicking on the link in each message service.
This will allow you to follow the discussion, send and receive documents.

Warranties
For products benefiting from a "manufacturer's warranty", the duration as well as the terms of application of the warranty are defined by the manufacturer (unless specifically mentioned in the product sheet). The start date of the warranty is contractually the date of receipt of the product. The product must have been used in a normal manner as defined by the instructions provided by the manufacturer. No warranty is applicable if the product has been used in an abnormal manner or under abnormal conditions.
To claim the guarantee on a product, you must contact Chronocarpe's After-Sales Service by opening an after-sales service ticket within a maximum period of seven days following the observation of the defects or malfunctions. Before any product return, a request for support must be made to the after-sales service which will assign a return number or by mail to Chrono Loisirs - SAV - 1 chemin de la Coume - BP 90185 - 09301 LAVELANET CEDEX - FRANCE.
For products benefiting from a manufacturer's warranty, the request must be made before the end of the warranty period defined by the latter. The outward and return shipping costs of the products between the customer and Chrono Loisirs (or the technical service provider indicated by Chrono Loisirs) remain the responsibility of the customer, who must pay them according to the conditions defined by the Chrono Loisirs after-sales service.
