Orders for items "In stock" (indicated by a green dot and the indication "In stock") are given to the carrier within a maximum of 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. (see Articles 11 and 12 of the General Conditions of Sale)

Information on deliveries, receipts and returns
Goods ordered will always be delivered to the address stated on the order form. The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company, within one week. As far as shipping is concerned, we mainly work with DPD, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS, TNT and any other carrier likely to ensure the delivery of packages to the customer. As soon as we send a shipment, you will receive an information email. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the customer's signature. The consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two working days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints. The consumer must send a copy of this letter by fax or by simple mail to our customer service:

Each delivery is accompanied by a delivery note and an invoice with VAT. For items benefiting from a guarantee, the invoice serves as proof.
The consumer has a period of 15 working days to return, at his expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. All returns must be reported in advance to Chrono Carpe's Customer Service, which will assign you a "return number". You will receive this number by connecting to our site in the "track your order" section where, after entering your customer number, you will be able to get your order number. The product must be returned by Colissimo Recommandé to Chrono Carpe [return n° ___ ] - 1 Chemin de la Coume - BP 90185 - 09301 LAVELANET CEDEX - FRANCE.
Products such as books and videos must not have been unsealed, so that the consumer can benefit from the right of withdrawal. Only products returned as a whole will be accepted, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid, or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the re-shipment will be at the expense of the consumer.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company Chrono Carpe will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 15 days. However, given the technical nature of the products sold, this period may be extended to 30 days, in particular when the product needs a technical check (products that must be tested beforehand).
The consumer will then be reimbursed by recrediting his bank account (secure transaction) in the event of payment by credit card, or by check in other cases.
