RULES OF THE GAME : « Your Order Reimbursed »

Thank you for your interest in this Game organized by Chrono Loisirs SAS with a capital of €10,000, whose registered office is located at 1 Chemin de la Coume 09300 LAVELANET France, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Foix (09) under the number 481 703 049, acting for its brand "CHRONOCARPE". We invite you to carefully read these rules which govern your participation in the Game.

 

By participating in the Game, you unreservedly accept these rules and the conditions of use of the Site.

 

 

ARTICLE 1: ACCESS TO THE SITE & DEFINITION

In the context of these rules, the expressions below will have the following meanings: “Game”: this online game entitled “Your order reimbursed”; “Participant” or “you”: person fulfilling the conditions of article 3 and who participates in the Game; “Site”: website accessible at the following URL address: www.chronocarpe.com “Organising company” or “we”: the company Chrono Loisirs SAS for the Chronocarpe brand.

 

The Game takes place between the dates defined above at the top of this document for each edition. It is understood that we may postpone or cancel the Game if the circumstances so require. If necessary, the game will no longer be available on the chronocarpe.com website. 

 

 

The Game is open only to adults of at least 18 years of age.

The number of entries is not limited. Cannot participate: staff members of the Organizing Company and people who have collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as their respective families (i.e. people from the same tax household).

Participation takes place exclusively via the website or the Chronocarpe application.
Your participation will only be effective if the following steps have been completed:

• Place your order for an amount greater than €99 on our "chronocarpe.com" Site (Website, mobile or application)

• ay for your order by a means of payment with immediate validation, (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD Sécurisé 3DSecure, Paypal, 3X 4X Cetelem, 3X 4X Alma, Presto -de 1500€) are excluded: payments by Checks, Transfer, CB by telephone and payments subject to verification before acceptance (Presto + de 1500€)

• Participating orders will therefore be either "Payment validated" or "Shipped"

The winning order will be reimbursed in Chronocarpe gift vouchers for a total amount corresponding to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

You acknowledge that the data you provide to us and which are stored in our information systems are accurate and serve as proof of your identity. We thank you for informing us of any possible modification of these data. Any inaccurate or incomplete registration will not be taken into account. You will refrain from implementing any method of participation that does not comply with these rules.

 

ARTICLE 4 : DESIGNATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES

The draw will be carried out among the Participants to determine the winner.

The date of the draw is indicated at the top of this document for each edition.

 

The winner whose order is drawn, will be refunded the amount thereof in a chronocarpe gift voucher valid on the chronocarpe.com site which has to be used within a maximum of 1 year from 15 days after the draw.

The winner will be informed by phone call or email within a maximum of 10 days. We will not be required to award the prize, if the winners cannot be reached by telephone and/or do not confirm receipt of the email within 30 days, did not enter their details correctly during registration or have not complied with these rules.

In the event of cancellation of the order, return of one or more products, or any other modification of the initial order, the amount of the refund of the order will be the new amount actually paid by the customer. In case of cancellation of the order, the refund will be canceled.

 

 

In accordance with the Law "Informatique et Libertés of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004" and the European RGPD applicable on May 25, 2018, you have a right of access, opposition, rectification and deletion of data concerning you. You can exercise this right at any time by sending an e-mail, accompanied by a photocopy of your identity document or your passport, to the following address contact@chronocarpe.com or by mail to: Chronocarpe - BP90185 – 09301 LAVELANET CEDEX . Persons who exercise the right to delete their data before the end of the Game will be deemed to have waived their participation. The information collected within the framework of the Game may be used for commercial prospecting purposes, subject to having obtained your prior agreement. Finally, if you are one of the winners, you already authorize us, free of charge, to publish on the Site and/or our social networks (facebook, twitter, instagram) your first and last name, for a period of a year.

 

 

ARTICLE 6: CONDITIONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-36 of the Consumer Code, access to the website and participation in the game offered therein are entirely free and free of charge, so that the costs of connecting to the site, exposed by the participant, will be reimbursed according to the terms below: - A single reimbursement per month and per household (same name, same postal address) - Maximum duration of connection allowing participation in the game of 5 minutes. Internet access providers currently offering a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the site taking place on a free or flat-rate basis cannot give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general and that the fact for the participant to connect to the site and to participate in the game does not cause him any costs or additional disbursements. The connection costs will be reimbursed in the event of a paid connection billed in proportion to the duration of the communication.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to interrupt, cancel, differ or postpone this Game after being informed by any appropriate means if the circumstances so require. It cannot be held liable for this. The Organizing Company will rule on any difficulty that may arise from the interpretation and/or application of these Game Rules. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the connection rights or the allocation of the 'a participant.

 

ARTICLE 8: MODIFICATION OF THE REGULATIONS

We may modify these regulations, in particular in order to comply with any new applicable legislation and/or regulations. Any modification will be incorporated into these rules and will be announced on the Site. In the event that one of the clauses of these rules is declared null or void, this can in no way affect the validity of the rules themselves.
