Transmitting the gift card at the beneficiary :

In computer version

1. Under "My account" open "my gift card"
2. Click the "send" button on the line of the gift card
3. Enter the name, first name, email address of beneficiary and your message
4. Confirm.  The recipient will receive an email with the information necessary to be able to use the Chronocarpe gift card 

In Print

1. Under "My account" open "my gift card"
2. Click the "print PDF" button on the line of the gift card
3. Print the document and give it to the beneficiary

Terms of Use

The Chronocarpe gift card is valid for 6 months from the activation of the voucher (the date is indicated on the check).

It is exclusively intended for purchases on the entire website www.chronocarpe.com

Chronocarpe gift cards can not be used to purchase other gift cards

The value in euros of a Gift Card is indicated on it and validated by the unique code attached (visible in the customer account).

When purchasing with a gift card, if the amount of the order exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid with another method of payment proposed on the website.

If the amount of the order is less than the value of the gift card the diffrence will not be refunded or credited.

The Chronocarpe gift card is not refundable, exchangeable or splittable.

The withdrawal period cannot apply if the Gift Card has already been used by the beneficiary. The purchases made by the beneficiary of the Gift Cards are governed by the general conditions of sale. Chrono Carpe is not responsible in the event of loss, theft or illegibility of the Gift Cards, nor in the event of errors in the recipient's email address. To be valid, the Chrono Carp Gift Card is identified by a computer code associated with an order validated by payment of the amount of the card. The printable version is given for information only, only entering the code at the time of purchase defines the validity and amount of the Chronocarpe Gift Card. In fact, a Gift Card canceled for non-payment will no longer be valid on the site. In the event of fraud or attempted fraud in connection with the use of Chronocarpe Gift Cards, we reserve the right to block the accounts concerned and to claim payment by another means.

The purchase of the Gift Card is not subject to postage and does not affect postage limits. On the other hand, any order paid for with Chronocarpe Gift Cards is subject to the addition of shipping costs according to the general conditions of sale and the scale valid at the time of the order.. 

* Activation is deferred for payments by PayPal, cheque, credit card by telephone and bank transfer. The gift card will be activated upon validation of payment.
